Meet Chris
Chris’s passion for cooking was ignited at an early age. Originally from Saugerties, NY, Chris grew up in a home that celebrated hearty home cooked meals where he learned the value of fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation and bringing people together around the dinner table. As a kid, Chris received a TV as a gift and spent countless hours watching The Food Network, absorbing the culinary excitement and energy that eventually help shape his own style.
While still in high school, Chris began working at The Red Onion Restaurant in Woodstock, NY where he continued through college. Over the course of seven years, Chris honed his technical skills in a fast-paced professional kitchen where he learned flavor development, timing, and plating.
In 2015, Chris graduated from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and went on to build a career in sales management in the craft beer, wine and spirits industry.
Today, Chris resides in Clifton Park, NY with his wife and two children. He understands firsthand how challenging it can be for busy professionals and families to prepare home-cooked meals while juggling careers, school schedules and extracurricular activities.
Chris is driven by one clear mission: to help individuals and families reclaim the time and joy of gathering around a table for a nourishing and delicious meal. By eliminating the stress of meal planning, shopping and cooking, he ensures every dish carries the warmth and care of a home-cooked meal.
